2013 Sentra Recalled Over Possible Fuel Leak

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that Nissan has issued a recall statement concerning all units of the 2013 Sentra model.

The vehicles manufactured between September 11, 2012 and October 4, 2012 were equipped with fuel tanks that may have been sealed insufficiently during the manufacturing process: a problem that could lead to a fuel leak. This issue could increase the risk of a fire if the vehicle is near an ignition source.

To prevent injuries and keep passengers and drivers safe, the company decided to issue this recall along the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
