Multiple news agencies have indicated that Chrysler Group LLC has issued a recall for all units of the 2012 and 2013 Jeep Wrangler vehicles.

The agency has confirmed that the automatic transmission could be exposed to a potential loss of transmission fluid due to an issue linked to the power steering line coming in contact with the transmission oil cooler line. The contact could cause the line to develop holes, increasing the risk of a potential leak.

To prevent this leak, the company is contacting the owners of all affected Wrangler vehicles in order to schedule a visit to have the repair carried out for free.
