Are Smaller Vehicles Safer?

According to the news, in spite of the fact that the ANCAP has given light-weight cars 5 stars when it comes to safety, tests show that collisions with bigger vehicles can be quite fatal.

Reports show that when a small car hits a larger vehicle at at any rate of speed, it’s the small vehicle that will eventually take the impact. And if it is a serious accident, the person inside of the smaller vehicle could be seriously injured.

The statistics say that a person is 10 times more likely to be killed in a car crash if he or she is driving a small car.
