According to several news agencies, the auto braking senses when to brake before the driver does, which could save several lives every year.

Researches show that accidents that could have been prevented if the driver had pressed the brakes add up to 5 billion a year.

Experts state that the auto braking technology uses software to sense what is going on around the vehicle while it’s on the road before the driver does and makes the decision for the motorist if he is incapable of braking the vehicle in time.
