Magic Auto Center Sued for Backdating Contracts

New Lawsuit Against Magic Auto Center and Premier Auto Credit

The Vachon Law Firm announces the filing of the lawsuit Blas, et al. v. Magic Auto Center of Reseda, et al. in the Los Angeles County Superior Court (Case No. BC469864). This lawsuit includes claims under the California lemon law against Los Angeles County dealership Magic Auto Center, which has multiple locations in Tarzana, California. The plaintiffs are two Los Angeles County consumers who are being represented by the Vachon Law Firm.

The plaintiffs’ complaint alleges that they purchased two different vehicles from Magic Auto Center, and that both vehicles had pre-existing accident damage that the dealer had failed to disclose to them. The lawsuit includes causes of action for fraud and breach of the implied warranty of merchantability. The lawsuit names Premier Auto Credit as a co-defendant, and alleges that it is the entity to which Magic Auto Center assigned the plaintiffs’ vehicle purchase contracts.

Note: The Los Angeles County Superior Court has not ruled on whether the complaint’s allegations are true.
