BMW Recall Issued Due To Potential Accident Risk
BMW has issued a recall for several scooters over a possible crash risk, multiple media outlets have reported.
According to a recent release published by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, BMW indicated that the 2013 model year of the C600 Sport Maxi-Scooters are being recalled over a defective fastener that may not secure the front side trim panels, which could eventually lead to a possible failure of the component, causing it to become loose.
Riders could experience an issue with the panel for becoming separated unexpectedly, posing a crash risk to the user.
To prevent incidents, the company decided to issue this recall promptly.
