Volvo Bus has recently reported that all units of the 2009 through 9700 coaches it has produced between August 28, 2008 and April 19, 2013 are being recalled.

These vehicles were recalled after the company noted that the coaches could be exposed to a serious accident risk because the vehicle could be software-run under some circumstances. If that occurs, the vehicle may go at a speed that would not be able to be modified by the driver. If the driver loses control over the vehicle’s speed, an accident may occur.
