According to several news agencies, a new car safety seat clinic will be hosted by the Airdrie Integrated Traffic Unit today to teach parents in the region how to properly use car safety seats and install the devices in order to offer children the best the device is capable of offering.

The reports show that this event is being held since it has been discovered that over 50 percent of all parents install their children’s car safety seats in the incorrect manner. By using a car safety seat that is not correctly installed, parents put their children at risk.

Safety technicians will be teaching parents how to improve their vehicle’s safety by showing them how to optimize the use of the device.
