Multiple news agencies have been reporting that the number one cause of death of children aged 1 to 12 years old in the country is car accidents.

A child passenger safety specialist who works for Kohl’s Cares Car Safety Program has claimed that parents are not aware of how important it is to have car safety seats well installed and fitted for their children. The specialist has worked with several parents and most of the times, she says, parents do not have car safety seats well installed.

The correct adjustments must be performed to keep a child safe, in order to prevent serious injuries or even fatalities in the event of an accident.
