Certain Motorhomes Could Pose Fire Risks To Occupants

Several news agencies have reported that according to recent announcements issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the company Jayco decided to recall all units of the 2008 through 2009 and 2011 models of Greyhawk Class C motorhomes.

These vehicles are being recalled over an issue with the Iota-brand transfer switches these vehicles were equipped with since these components may have been connected improperly. In case these transfer switches were affected, the items could become overheated while the vehicle is in use, which could increase the risk of an engine fire.

To prevent accidents, this recall has been issued and affected consumers are already being warned.
