Charleston, Berkshire Vehicles Recalled By Forest River
Multiple news agencies have reported that Forest River has recalled several units of 2010, 2011 and 2012 Charleston and Berkshire motorhomes. The vehicles manufactured by Forest River were equipped with certain connectors that could affect crucial parts, posing an accident risk to drivers and occupants.
The reports indicate that since the diode jumper connectors responsible for the disengaging of the cruise control function and the illuminating of the brake lights could experience an open circuit, these functions could fail, increasing the risk of an accident.
To prevent crashes and keep drivers and passengers safe, the company has issued this recall with the help of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
