BMW along the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a recall for several units of the certain sedan, coupe and wagon models over a possible injury risk linked to the vehicle’s airbags.

The federal agency has stated that the 2002 and 2003 330xi, 330i, 325iT, 325i, 325Ci, 330Ci, M3 and 325xi are being recalled because the passenger side frontal air bags could experience an excessive internal pressure when deployed, which could cause the inflator to rupture.
