Court Accepts Vachon Law Firm’s Invitation to Reconsider Order Compelling Arbitration
San Diego Superior Court to Reconsider Road Motors’s Motion to Compel Arbitration
On November 8, 2011, Michael Vachon, LL.M. and the Vachon Law Firm applied ex parte in the San Diego County Superior Court requesting that the Court reconsider its April 15, 2011 order in the Wiltse v. Road Motors case compelling the parties to arbitrate their claims. The Vachon Law Firm argued that the Court’s prior order should be reconsidered in light of the recent appellate court decision in Sanchez v. Valencia Holding Company, LLC. The Court granted the ex parte application and calendared a motion for reconsideration for April 15, 2011.
