Durango, Dodge Dakota, Ram 1500 And Aspen Trucks Recalled

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall along Chrysler in order to warn consumers that all units of the 2009 through 2012 Ram 1500, Aspen, Durango and Dodge Dakota trucks may have been manufactured without an important component, which could result in a loss of vehicle control.

The federal agency has stated that Chrysler decided to issue this recall after the company noticed the missing presence of certain adhesive patches in the rear axle pinion nut, which could cause the nut to become loose, increasing the risk of an accident.

To prevent any crashes and ensure drivers and passengers are safe, the company decided to issue this recall announcement right away. The federal agency has stated that all repairs will be performed for free. Motorists in California with any of these recalled vehicles in their possession should contact Chrysler at once. Never ignore a recall announcement and make sure your vehicle is fully repaired in order to ensure you and your loved ones are safe.

Stay on top of all recall announcements and have any recalled vehicle repaired promptly.
