Engineers Test Electric Vehicle Batteries For Safety

A recent study published by a group in Germany, DEKRA Automobil GmbH, indicated that electric vehicles and gasoline vehicles are just as dangerous when it comes to fire risks.

According to the recent studies, electric car batteries may be more difficult to extinguish, however, gasoline car fires could be even more dangerous since various liquids could flow from the vehicle in flames and pose risks to that would go beyond the risks an electric car battery fire could pose, engineers claim.
