Multiple news agencies have indicated that in Maryland, a free car safety seat check will be held to help car owners to ensure their children are safe while occupying a car seat.

Reports indicate that Maryland Kids in Safety Seats along the local police department will be holding the free event Saturday between 9 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon to check car safety seats and make sure the items have not been recalled or incorrectly installed. Parents with improper car safety seats will receive items made available by the authorities.
