A child safety seat check will be held for free at VerHage of Holland Mitsubishi, reports have shown.

According to the news, these checks will be held to show drivers just how car safety seats can secure children are safe. Installation must be performed correctly and car seats must be adequate to the child’s height and weight.

Reports show that the safety check will be organized by Safe Kids Lakeshore and Kids Safety First and that all parents who do not have car safety seats that are adequate to their children’s size will receive replacement seats for free.

The organizations hope to make drivers aware of the dangers children could experience if they are not safely placed in secure child safety seats.
