GM has just recalled several vehicles over a possible injury hazard. According to the multiple news outlets covering this recall, 2,494 units of vehicles have been affected.
According to the federal agency National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the company has issued a recall for all units of the 2012 Buick Verano, Chevrolet Sonic and Chevrolet Cruze over a possible air bag issue. The vehicles were equipped with certain side frontal air bags that may have been equipped with shorting bars that could contact the air bag terminals intermittently leading to the failure of the device.
