San Diego Auto Finders Lawsuit Settles

The lawsuit Johnson v. SS and KH Corporation, which was filed in San Diego County Superior Court, has settled. In the lawsuit, a consumer (represented by the Vachon Law Firm) sued defendant SS & KH Corporation (a.k.a. “San Diego Auto Finders”) alleging that San Diego Auto Finders had sold him a vehicle with pre-existing accident damage, without telling him about the vehicle’s history. The lawsuit included claims under the California lemon law and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act. The lawsuit was settled pursuant to an agreement in which San Diego Auto Finders did not admit liability, but in which the plaintiff received a cash payment and payment for his attorney’s fees and costs.
