Honda Recalls 2004 Through 2008 Acura TSX

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that all units of the 2004 through 2008 Acura TSX are being recalled.

This vehicle could experience a rust or corrosion issue, especially in states where certain corrosive materials are used in order to remove ice from roads. According to the firm and the federal agency, the corrosive materials could come in contact with the vehicle’s Electronic Control Units, which could increase the risk of rust, posing an engine stall risk.

To prevent a potential incident linked to the unintentional engine stall, the company has issued this recall along the NHTSA. As an attorney, I urge you and your loved ones to prevent accidents by always responding quickly to recall announcements linked to vehicles you own or drive regularly. Unfortunately, multiple accidents are reported before any recall announcement is issued. I encourage all consumers with the affected vehicle to address any concerns related to this recall to the manufacturer.

California drivers may not be as closely affected by this recall as motorists in other states, still, if you are affected or know someone who has been affected, act quickly.
