Experts covered all aspects of the report including how to file a complaint and several detailed charts demonstrating the different ways complaints can be broken down, such as manufacturer or brand.

The article also shows car owners how to compare vehicles and their performance ratings by following a very detailed spread sheet comparing the complaints reported between June of 2010 and May 2012 as well as a list, which demonstrates what complaint categories were most reported in those months.
