Magic Auto Center Sued by Los Angeles Consumers
New Lawsuit Against Magic Auto Center
The Vachon Law Firm has filed a complaint to initiate the lawsuit Blas, et al. v. Magic Auto Center of Reseda, et al. in the Los Angeles County Superior Court (Case No. BC469864). The defendant, Magic Auto Center, is a Southern California car dealership with locations on Reseda Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, California.
Lawsuit’s Allegations Against Magic Auto Center
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit, a father and son from North Hollywood, California, allege that Magic Auto Center tricked them into purchasing an accident-damaged used car by not disclosing prior accident. They further allege that Magic Auto Center backdated their vehicle purchase contract (which resulted in them paying unlawful pre-consummation interest).
Note: The Los Angeles County Superior Court has not ruled on whether the complaint’s allegations are true.
