Settlement in San Bernadino County Lawsuit
The Vachon Law Firm announces the resolution of the lawsuit Major v. Sunrise Ford, et al. , which had been filed in the San Bernardino County Superior Court (Case No. CIVDS 1105911). The lawsuit’s complaint made allegations of unlawful conduct that included payment packing and inaccurate down payment disclosures.
The parties entered into a mutually agreeable settlement in which no party admitted liability or wrongdoing but included a mutually acceptable cash payment to the plaintiffs. The settlement also required Sunrise Ford to pay the plaintiff’s attorney’s fees and costs.
