The Vachon Law Firm announces the successful resolution of a dispute between Perry Ford Lincoln Mercury and a married couple that resides in Santa Maria, California. The dispute was resolved without the filing of a lawsuit after the Vachon Law Firm sent a demand letter on behalf of its clients to the San Luis Obispo, California Lincoln dealership. The parties agreed to a settlement in which no party admitted liability or wrongdoing, but which required Perry Ford to repurchase the consumers’ vehicle, refund their money, and pay their attorney’s fees and costs.
