Models Of Motorcycles Recalled Over Crash Risks

Official National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports indicate that the recall that has been issued by Ducati for all units of the models 2012 and 2013 of the Panigale motorcycles has been expended.

Recalled units were manufactured between March 16th, 2012 and July 12, 2012. The federal agency reported that the front brake master cylinder reservoir hose may interfere with the threading end of the retaining screw present in the reservoir, resulting in damage to the hose, possibly leading to the front brakes failing, increasing the risk of a crash.

Owners will be notified by Ducati, and authorized dealers will install a cap nut and washer to alleviate the problem free of charge.
