New Features Now Available With Subaru’s Starlink System

According to recent reports, Subaru has introduced a new technology that offers a creative in-car technology that will offer drivers a much more practical and useful infotainment system.

The reports indicate that Starlink brand has been redesigned and will be relaunched as an integration of Subaru’s newer models.

The camera-based EyeSight driver-assist technology and the company’s new Starlink system will be available with Ada integration. The 2014 Forester model will be equipped with this integration, reports show. The latest Legacy and Outback models are already partially available with both systems. Functions like the combination adaptive cruise control and the automatic braking systems will be combined in one single app in these vehicles, reports indicate. Aha, the integration software, is available only on models that are equipped with navigation systems.

More connectivity features will also be added to the vehicles in the future while Starlink is being added to most of the company’s 2014 models like the BRZ, Impreza and XV Crosstrek.

The 2014 models will be available this summer, reports indicate.

Hopefully, more automakers will also develop safety features that, combined with other updates, will make new vehicles much more appealing to consumers.
