New Holden Volts Tested By ANCAP

Multiple news agencies have reported that the Automobile Association along the NZ Transport Agency tested the new Holden electric-powered cars manufactured by GM and the results were better than what the agencies expected.

According to researchers, the Holden Volt has earned an award for safety from the Australasian New Car Assessment Programme due to its terrific performance in all crash and safety tests. Reports show that this electric-powered vehicle is equipped with intelligent seat belt reminders, eight air bag systems, lane departure warning and even an alert that allows the driver to know when he or she is about to experience a forward collision.

This is the second all-electric car to score a 5-star rating in safety with the ANCAP.
