Robotic Car Could Help Scientists To Develop Better Safety Features
Robotic cars have been able to top 120 miles per hour, according to a series of news agencies.
While the robotic ‘motorist’ is slightly slower than some of the world’s best human drivers, it still shows great advantages when it comes to automated driving technology. The car, code named Shelly, finished a 3 mile course in two minutes and thirty seconds.
Scientists want to apply the technology to upcoming cars to help with ice patches on the road and recovering from a spin out.
