Multiple news agencies have indicated that a child car safety seat clinic will be held this Saturday by Safe Kids Willamette Valley.

The event will be free and all parents in the region are welcome to participate to learn more about car safety seats, how to properly install them and how to secure their children in the devices. The event will happen between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., according to the news.

Safety technicians urge car owners to use compatible seats that will fit their child and car the best. Safety technicians will assist parents by checking if the car seat models are adequate and if these devices haven’t been recalled in the past.
