Safer Design Could Avoid Deaths In Pedestrian Versus Auto Accidents
Multiple automakers have been working on better and safer car designs that will help to decrease the number of deaths associated with pedestrian versus car accidents.
According to the news, safer vehicle designs consist of cars with lower front ends that help pedestrians to be pushed up onto the car, which could result in injuries but may not be deadly as opposed to vehicles with flat, raised front ends like pickup trucks that usually smash into pedestrians.
For decades, automakers have been working on making vehicles safer for pedestrians. More and more devices are being developed to make vehicles safer for pedestrians and hopefully, safer designs will dominate the auto industry in the near future.
