Safety Concerns Push Lawmakers To Close Local Road

Safety concerns still haunt some residents of Vancouver, reports show. According to the news, a well known short cut for drivers is making life harder and much less safe for the suburban residents and bicyclists in the area.

Point Grey Road in Vancouver has great views of high-end residences and glances at the ocean, however, drivers do not respect safety regulations and put the lives of bicyclists in danger. Drivers currently ignore the fact that the maximum speed on this road has been reduced to 30 kilometers per hour. They also ignore the marked pedestrian crosswalk, making it a dangerous neighborhood.
