According to a recent study done by Strategic Vision, the Volkswagen Group of America is the top automaker today when it comes to overall quality.

Beating out other automakers such as the Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Group, the Strategic Vision study looked at how pleased customers were with their new vehicles as well as other key factors which Volkswagen were leaders in.
Unlike other studies that too often look at the fewest problems reported in the past, the SV study focused on a complete picture of quality.
