Vehicles Recalled By Autocar
Autocar has recently started to recall all units of the Xpeditor heavy-duty class 8 vehicles, which are the model years 2008 through 2012.
According to the official recall report, these vehicles were made between December 17th, 2007 and July 10th, 2012. The company stated that the recalled units come with a passenger side Bostrom air ride seat that could be potentially hazardous.
The company decided to issue this recall along the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration after it’s been discovered that a few of the seat belt retractors have malfunctioned. If an accident happens the passenger could be immediately ejected from the vehicle.
The federal agency reported that there are approximately 681 vehicles affected.
