VHD, VNL Vehicles Recalled By Volvo
According to several news agencies, Volvo Trucks North America has issued a recall for all units of 2011 through 2013 VHD and VNL vehicles due to a possible overheating problem that could lead to a fire.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that these vehicles come with brake chambers that could leak some pressure. The firm has stated that if that occurs, the parking brake component may drag while the vehicle is in use, causing it to overheat as a result.
The federal agency has urged owners of the affected trucks to have the vehicles fully repaired for free at authorized Volvo dealers. You can follow this link to read the full report.
