A recall has been announced and according to the news, the statement is associated with all units of 2012 and 2013 Victory models of motorcycles.
The Victory company decided to issue this recall as soon as it’s been discovered that the pull or push throttle cable in these motorcycles may have been improperly torqued during assembly. If the vehicles are being used and the retention nuts become loose, the vehicle could suffer with the interference of the throttle function.
The company stated in an announcement issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that although no issued have been reported so far, they hope to prevent accidents from happening by issuing this recall announcement.
