Jeep Liberty Under Investigation, Engines Could Stall Unexpectedly

According to several news sources, an issue that causes the engines to stall unexpectedly could affect 112,000 Jeep Patriot vehicles manufactured by Chrysler.

Reports show that these vehicles were reportedly involved in accidents that were caused because the vehicles suddenly stalled while traveling at 60 and 65 mph. One of the accidents reported resulted in injuries. The federal agency National Highway Traffic Safety Administration decided to look into this issue after a dozen people reported their vehicle stalling unexpectedly. The automaker responsible for the manufacturing of these vehicles has claimed that it’s cooperating with the federal agency.
