Car-To-Car Communication Program To Cover Bikes, Motorcycles

A program to test and develop the car-to-car communication technology is being held in Ann Arbor and according to the news, it has been developed by the U.S. Department of Transportation along the Transportation Research Institute of the University of Michigan.

The program is looking into allowing motorcycles and bicycles to participate in the research. According to the news, these bikes and motorbikes will be equipped with the technology that will allow vehicles to receive and transmit information regarding the traffic in order to help users be aware of what is going on fast enough that will help them to prevent accidents.
