Empulse Motorcycles Could Pose Injury Risks, Vehicles Recalled
Bramoo has recently issued a recall concerning all units of Empulse electric motorcycles that were manufactured between February 22, 2013 and March 29, 2013.
These vehicles come with certain high current cables that may have been installed in the wrong position. The cable that is attached to the motor controller may fail as a result of use, increasing the risk associated with the driver losing control of the vehicle. The cable failure could also lead to a fire.
If you have been affected by this recall, the company should be soon notifying you of this problem. Schedule a visit to a local dealer and have the problem solved promptly. If you own one of these motorcycles but you haven’t been contacted, contact the manufacturer as soon as you can.
