Hyundai Recalls 2012 And 2013 Sonata Passenger Cars
This is a bad time of the year for Hyundai; yet another recall was announced by an official spokesperson recently.
According to the news, all units of the 2012 and 2013 Hyundai Sonata vehicles are being recalled over possible injury risks. These passenger cars were manufactured with curtain side airbags that may end up inflating unexpectedly and without a software command. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recall was deemed necessary because an error occurred during the manufacturing of these vehicles.
To prevent crashes due to the loss of visibility because of an unexpected deployment of the airbags, the company issued the statement claiming all vehicles will be properly fixed for free at authorized dealers.
