Incorrectly Installed Car Safety Seats Pose Major Risks, CHP Says

According to an article issued by a local news agency, the Calaveras County car safety seat check performed by the California Highway Patrol discovered that 96% of the car safety seats that were inspected had not been installed appropriately, which could pose serious risks to a child.
