NHTSA Investigates GM Cars Over Air Bag Issue

According to several news sources, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating several vehicles manufactured by General Motors because the air bags in these particular vehicles may fail to deploy when it’s necessary.

The reports show that the investigation is being carried out to determine whether over 400,000 vehicles have been affected and could pose a serious injury risk to users. According to the federal agency, the company recalled over 6,800 units of several vehicles last year and in January over the same issues.

Now, Chevy Sonic, Cruze and Camaro models could also be affected.
