Safety regulators are showing car owners that their job is being done by checking all incident reports associated with vehicles and cracking down on the automakers Honda, Ford and Hyundai for the sheer fact that all of these carmakers produce vehicles that will often roll away after the ignition key has been removed from its slot.

This issue is due in part to a transmission problem that will cause gears to fail inexplicably, combined with key removal not preventing the car from being turned off. Now, safety regulators hope to find the issue with these vehicles to keep drivers safe.
